This is a really cute chibi, and interesting character / concept.

As far as things to work on, the graduation from dark to lights need to be worked on a bit. Especially on the females skin, You want a nice soft blending, and in your piece it just jumps from one color to the next instead of fading nicely into them. A way to achieve this is to build up with the markers you are using, and try not to use colors that are so far apart.

Also her chin is a bit off as well as her face, When drawing it's good to map out and use lines before drawing anything so you can map out where everything should be place. Studying a human skull can help you grow in that skill.
