Bio: Just recently born into this world. She is playful thing and loving to her parents. Melanie and Neku a male nekoboy. Which is very rare to many moondaggers. Anyway, even though Baliza's mother has to remain a special mystical water chamber to help people from getting infected with her radiation. Baliza is completely immune to it and often keep her company with the help of her mother. When she express happiness, her pink hair that she gets from her one of her aunts glows and shimmers. Just like her mother, when Melanie's belly glows. Her and her sister are completely excited about the new world and what waits for them.
